Single-Serve Cinnamon Roll

This Single-Serve Cinnamon Roll is super easy to make, you only need 6 ingredients and it’s yeast-free! It's also vegan, oil-free and can be made gluten-free and high-protein too!

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C / 350°F /160°C fan.
  • Combine the flour, protein powder and baking powder.
  • Add in your yoghurt. Mix it up as much as you can, then tip it onto a board or plate dusted with some flour, and knead it until it can form a ball. Once you can form a ball, roll the dough between your palms to create a cylinder. Place the cylinder back on the board and roll it out.
  • Form a strip of around 20cm x 10 cm, then slice it down the middle and join the two ends to create one long strip of about 40cm x 5cm.
  • Combine some sugar or sweetener with cinnamon and sprinkle it over the length of the dough. Spread it out and lightly press it into the dough. Roll the dough up into a scroll, place it into a greased ramekin and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • You can make a frosting if you like - I combined 1 tbsp yoghurt with 1 tsp icing sugar and dusted it with more cinnamon!
