Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Rolled Oats 1/2 cup
  • 120 g Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • 30 g Cream Cheese or smooth cottage cheese / 2 tbsp
  • 1/2 tbsp Liquid Sweetener
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
  • 60 g Milk or water 1/4 cup
  • 120 g Mixed Berries fresh or frozen

Instructions
 

  • Add oats, yogurt, cream cheese, liquid sweetener, lemon juice and milk to a bowl. Mix to combine.
  • Gently fold in berries.
  • Transfer to your oats jar or Tupperware and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

This recipe only makes one portion, simply press the x2 or x3 etc. depending on how many portions you want to make.
 
* You can use any nut butter such as almond, cashew, hazelnut, etc. and for a nut-free version, you can use tahini or sesame seed butter.
 
** You can use maple syrup, honey, agave, date syrup, etc. Alternatively, you could make the Brownie Batter Bites that call for Medjool Dates.
 
 
MEASUREMENTS:
 
I always recommend using a kitchen weighing scale and using the weighted measurements instead. This will result in a more accurate process and your smoothie will come out perfectly.
