Creamy, dreamy strawberry overnight oats blended smooth, layered with yoghurt, and topped with a snappy chocolate shell for the ultimate dessert-style breakfast.
Add the oats, strawberries, protein powder, Greek yoghurt, and a pinch of salt to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add a layer of chopped strawberries to the bottom of a jar. Spoon over a little extra yoghurt if using.
Pour the blended oat mixture over the layers.
Pour over the melted dark chocolate, spreading gently to create a layer on top.
Refrigerate overnight, or for at least a few hours, until set and chilled.

Notes
TIPS & NOTES:
Use frozen strawberries for a thicker, creamier texture.
Add a splash of milk if your mixture is too thick to blend.
Adjust sweetness depending on your protein powder.
Blend until completely smooth for that mousse-like consistency.
Let the chocolate set before sealing the jar to avoid smudging.
For extra protein, add a little more yoghurt or a spoon of chia seeds.
Best enjoyed cold straight from the fridge.
MEASUREMENTS:I always recommend using a kitchen weighing scale and using the weighted measurements instead. This will result in a more accurate process and your oats will come out perfectly.
