Melt 90 g dark chocolate and let cool slightly.
Whisk yogurt, coffee, coconut sugar, and melted chocolate together.
Fold in oat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until thick batter forms.
Pour into tin, smooth top, bake 25–30 minutes, and cool completely.
Melt ganache chocolate with milk until smooth.
Pour ganache over brownies, chill until set, and slice into 8 squares.

TIPS & NOTES:
Don’t overbake: The center should stay slightly fudgy for that gooey texture. Check a few minutes early and cool in the tin.
Coffee boost: Even a splash of coffee deepens the chocolate flavor without tasting like coffee. Swap for milk if you prefer.
