These easy overnight oats with protein powder are thick, creamy, and protein-packed. Made with just four simple ingredients, this high protein breakfast can be customized with any flavor of protein powder and your favorite toppings.
Add the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt and protein powder to a mason jar or airtight container.
Stir thoroughly until the protein powder is fully incorporated and there are no dry pockets remaining.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Stir before serving. If the oats are too thick, add a splash of milk and mix until you reach your preferred consistency. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes
Notes
Protein powder: You can use any flavor of protein powder you like. Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, caramel and cookies & cream all work well.
Milk: Use dairy milk or your favorite plant-based milk. Almond milk works particularly well.
Texture: Different protein powders absorb different amounts of liquid. If your oats are too thick the next morning, simply add a little more milk.
Optional add-ins: Chia seeds, vanilla extract and maple syrup aren't necessary for the base recipe, but can be added according to your taste.
Fridge: Store in an airtight container or mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.Freeze: I don't recommend freezing these overnight oats as the Greek yogurt can change texture when frozen and thawed.Meal-Prep: Prepare several servings at once and store them individually in the fridge for an easy grab-and-go breakfast throughout the week.MEASUREMENTS:I always recommend using a kitchen weighing scale and using weighted measurements. This will result in a more accurate process and your overnight oats will come out perfectly.
