Strawberry White Chocolate: 265 kcal, 20 g protein, 33 g carbohydrates, 7 g fat
NOTES:
Do not overcook the mug cake. It should be just cooked through and still soft. Microwave times can vary between appliances, so start with the lower end of the cooking time.
I recommend using a ramekin or small microwave-safe mug with enough room for the batter to rise.
The strawberry version takes slightly longer because of the additional moisture from the fresh strawberries.
For the best texture, enjoy the mug cake shortly after making it.
MEASUREMENTS:I always recommend using a kitchen weighing scale and using weighted measurements. This will result in a more accurate process and your mug cakes will come out perfectly.
