Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a muffin tray or line it with silicone or paper liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the nut butter and liquid sweetener until smooth.
  • Add in whole oats, and blended oats or oat flour. Stir well until everything is evenly coated and the mixture holds together when pressed.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between 6 muffin holes. Use the back of a spoon or your fingers to firmly press the mixture into the base and up the sides, forming a cup shape.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and slightly crisp around the edges.
  • Cool completely in the tray before removing. This helps the cups firm up and hold their shape.
  • Fill as desired with yogurt, chocolate, fruit, or any favourite filling. Enjoy immediately or store plain cups in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

TIPS & NOTES:
  • Use a silicone muffin tray for easy removal—no sticking!
  • Press firmly into the sides and base to help the cups hold their shape.
  • Cool completely before removing, as they firm up as they cool.
  • Make them ahead – store plain cups in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
  • Customize the filling – use any yoghurt, fruit, or toppings you like!

MEASUREMENTS:
I always recommend using a kitchen weighing scale and using weighted measurements. This will result in a more accurate process and your granola cups will come out perfectly.
