These Granola Cups are crunchy, nourishing, and made with just three simple ingredients—perfect for breakfast, snack time, or dessert. Fill them with your favorite toppings for a wholesome treat that’s as versatile as it is delicious.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a muffin tray or line it with silicone or paper liners.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the nut butter and liquid sweetener until smooth.
Add in whole oats, and blended oats or oat flour. Stir well until everything is evenly coated and the mixture holds together when pressed.
Divide the mixture evenly between 6 muffin holes. Use the back of a spoon or your fingers to firmly press the mixture into the base and up the sides, forming a cup shape.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and slightly crisp around the edges.
Cool completely in the tray before removing. This helps the cups firm up and hold their shape.
Fill as desired with yogurt, chocolate, fruit, or any favourite filling. Enjoy immediately or store plain cups in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
