Indulge in the mouthwatering goodness of homemade banana chocolate ice cream bars. Made with nourishing ingredients, this easy and healthy recipe will satisfy your cravings while nourishing your body.
Combine the mashed banana, yoghurt and cocoa powder. You can add some liquid sweetener if you want it sweeter.
Pipe or spoon the mixture on some parchment paper or the inside of a lid of a large storage container.
Insert some ice cream sticks, cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen solid (overnight for best results).
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil the dip your ice creams in there or use a spoon to coat them.
Freeze again until the shell has hardened (around 30 minutes).
