  • Mash bananas with a fork.
  • Combine the mashed banana, yoghurt and cocoa powder. You can add some liquid sweetener if you want it sweeter.
  • Pipe or spoon the mixture on some parchment paper or the inside of a lid of a large storage container.
  • Insert some ice cream sticks, cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen solid (overnight for best results).
  • Melt the chocolate and coconut oil the dip your ice creams in there or use a spoon to coat them.
  • Freeze again until the shell has hardened (around 30 minutes).
