These Healthy Chocolate Truffles are a rich, indulgent treat made with just four simple ingredients, offering a delicious, protein-packed snack that's both easy to make and good for you!
In a mixing bowl, combine smooth cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and sweetener.
Roll mixture into balls with damp hands, refrigerate for 10 minutes if too soft.
Melt dark chocolate and coat each truffle then place on a sheet of parchment paper and top with coarse salt, chopped nuts or coconut.
Place on parchment paper and refrigerate until set.

Chill the mixture for 10–15 minutes if it's too soft to roll into balls.
