This high-protein pizza features a quick and easy two-ingredient dough that's delicious, customizable, and a healthier, budget-friendly alternative to traditional pizza.
Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F. Place a baking tray inside as the oven heats to help crisp the bottom of your pizza base.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and Greek yogurt. Stir with a fork until mixed, then knead the dough with your hands until it forms a soft, non-sticky ball. If the dough is too sticky, add a little flour until the desired consistency is achieved.
Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and roll it out into a pizza shape, aiming for a thickness of about 3-5mm. Use a rolling pin, wine bottle, or any smooth object to roll out the dough.
Carefully remove the preheated baking tray from the oven and slide the dough on the parchment paper onto the tray.
Spread a layer of pizza sauce on the base, then add cheese and your favorite protein-packed toppings.
Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden and crispy. If there are many toppings, you may need to bake it a little longer.
Once cooked, remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy your high-protein, healthier pizza!

Dough consistency: If the dough feels too sticky, add a little extra flour until it’s smooth and easy to work with.
Customizable toppings: Feel free to add your favorite protein-packed toppings like chicken, turkey bacon, or even a fried egg to increase the protein content.
Make ahead: You can prepare the dough in advance and store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours before using.
