Ingredients

Carrot Cake Overnight Weetbix

Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Weetbix

  • 3 Weetbix
  • 125 ml Milk - ½ cup
  • 100 g Yogurt - ⅓ cup
  • 30 g Cream Cheese - 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave, etc.)
  • 125 g Strawberries - ¾ cup

Double Chocolate Brownie Overnight Weetbix

Instructions
 

Tiramisu Overnight Weetbix

  • Crush your Weetbix into your Tupperware or jar.
  • Pour the coffee over the crushed Weetbix, then mix until all the Weetbix is coated in coffee, then press it down into the bottom of your Tupperware.
  • Add the yogurt and protein powder to a small bowl or ramekin then mix with a fork until smooth.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture on top of the Weetbix base and dust the cocoa powder on top.

Carrot Cake Overnight Weetbix

  • Crush your Weetbix into your Tupperware or jar.
  • Add in the grated carrot, cinnamon, and milk, then mix until combined and press the base down into the bottom of your Tupperware.
  • Add the yogurt and protein powder to a small bowl or ramekin then mix with a fork until smooth.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture on top of the Weetbix base and top with chopped walnuts.

Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Weetbix

  • Crush your Weetbix into your Tupperware or jar.
  • Add in your milk, mix until combined, and press the base down into the bottom of your Tupperware.
  • Add your yogurt, cream cheese, and liquid sweetener to a small bowl or ramekin then mix with a fork until smooth.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture on top of the Weetbix base.
  • Mash your strawberries with a fork the spread it on top of the cheesecake layer.

Banoffee Pie Overnight Weetbix

  • Crush your Weetbix into your Tupperware or jar.
  • Add in your milk, mix until combined, and press the base down into the bottom of your Tupperware.
  • Add the banana and nut/seed butter to a small bowl then mash and combine with a fork.
  • Spread the banana "caramel" onto the Weetbix base.
  • Add the yogurt and protein powder to a small bowl or ramekin then mix with a fork until smooth.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture on top of the Weetbix base and top with chocolate chips.

Double Chocolate Brownie Overnight Weetbix

  • Crush your Weetbix into your Tupperware or jar.
  • Add the cocoa powder, liquid sweetener, and milk, mix until combined, and press the base down into the bottom of your Tupperware.
  • Add the yogurt and protein powder to a small bowl or ramekin then mix with a fork until smooth.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture on top of the Weetbix base and top with chocolate chips.

If you need to adjust the calories to fit your macros, do the following:
LESS CALORIES: Use just 2 Weetbix and less milk. Use less yogurt and protein powder.
